The engagement
Esenseu is leading every part of IGIN’s US launch, 360 services under one strategy: web development, social media, events, PR, retail, and the launch planning that ties them together. One team, one narrative, every channel telling the same story.
The storefront
The digital home came first. We designed and built IGIN’s US store from the ground up: a fully custom theme with nineteen bespoke sections in an editorial black-and-white design language, built for storytelling first. Every page reads like a magazine spread, not a catalog.
We also engineered a custom interactive experience directly into the store. Visitors play through a Korean street-food inspired mini-game, uncover collectible reveals, and earn rewards for playing. Fans share their results. The store turns attention into intent. It is custom software, built in-house, running quietly behind a consumer brand.
The launch ahead
With the brand experience live, the launch builds outward: social channels that speak to a global fanbase, events that put the product in hands, press that introduces the brand to a new market, and retail placement that meets fans where they shop. Launch is coming soon, and every piece is being sequenced so the moment lands as one coordinated wave.
Because the US launch is still ahead, this case study makes no sales claims. What it shows is trust: a brand with a global audience chose one partner to carry the entire launch.
Why it matters
Most launches are a relay race between disconnected vendors. IGIN’s is a single motion. When web, social, events, PR, and retail run under one strategy, the brand arrives everywhere at once, sounding like itself in every channel.
