The multichannel opportunity
Running three channels well is one of the hardest jobs in consumer brands. Each has its own rhythm, its own advertising logic, and its own numbers. The brands that win are the ones that bring them into formation, so promotions, content, and inventory move together.
What we did
Amazon as the engine. Listing content, structured advertising, Subscribe and Save, and Prime Day execution, run on a weekly cadence.
DTC and TikTok Shop in formation. The direct site and social commerce are managed alongside Amazon, so campaigns land together and customers get one consistent brand wherever they shop.
Operations alongside growth. Scaling a food brand across three channels brings real operational complexity. We worked alongside the 24Vegan team to navigate it, with inventory planning and automated alerts that keep growth and operations moving in step.
One report. A unified view across every channel replaces the multi-dashboard shuffle. The team sees the whole business in one place, every month.
The results
Sales grew 112 percent year over year and units grew 116 percent, with ad efficiency improving 34 percent month over month in the same period. That growth landed while the team successfully worked through the operational challenges that come with scaling.
Why it matters
Multichannel is not a strategy. Coordinated multichannel is. Amazon, the DTC site, and TikTok Shop now run on one promotional calendar and one inventory plan, and the next channel joins the same cadence.
