The problem
OxyTurf had been growing steadily for five years when growth started accelerating. Peak season was approaching and their e-commerce and paid media weren't ready for it. They came to us for a Shopify revamp.
What we did
We rebuilt their Shopify store and relaunched Google and Meta campaigns within the first month. The engagement expanded into operations, accounting, 3PL management, and offline sales. OxyTurf also became the original client for MaxAct, the AI-native CRM we built for their sales team.
What changed
New customers were up 100% in January and 200% in February. Ad spend increased 200% over the prior year and CAC held flat. Esenseu now manages e-commerce, operations, and peak season planning for OxyTurf.
