The problem
OxyTurf had been growing steadily for five years when growth started accelerating. Peak season was approaching and their e-commerce and paid media weren't ready for it. They came to us for a Shopify revamp and inherited Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts that weren't delivering.
What we did
Esenseu is added as an administrator on OxyTurf's Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts in an agency capacity. We rebuilt the Shopify store and relaunched Google and Meta campaigns within the first month. A weekly internal reporting pipeline pulls spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and CAC from each ad platform's official API and combines it with Shopify commerce data into a single operating report for the client. The engagement expanded into operations, accounting, 3PL management, and offline sales. OxyTurf also became the original client for MaxAct, the AI-native CRM we built for their sales team.
What changed
New customers were up 100% in January and 200% in February. Ad spend increased 200% over the prior year and CAC held flat. Esenseu continues to manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce, operations, and peak season planning for OxyTurf as a retained agency.
