The problem
OxyTurf had a sales team with no formal process and no CRM their reps would actually use. New hires took three weeks to get up to speed. The data the team needed was buried in emails and memory.
What we did
We built MaxAct around conversation, not forms. Reps tell the AI what happened on a call. The AI updates the pipeline, surfaces follow-ups, and keeps the data clean.
What changed
New rep onboarding went from three weeks to four days. OxyTurf's pipeline is now a live system their team actually maintains. MaxAct runs on its own infrastructure, with no per-seat fees and no dependency on Esenseu.
