The problem

24Vegan makes vegan Asian sauces and condiments. Their Shopify store had stopped converting and their Amazon listings were stale. The brand had real products that nobody was finding.

What we did

We rebuilt their Shopify store in three weeks and relaunched it with refreshed positioning. On Amazon, we rewrote every listing and launched PPC campaigns. Market research pointed to vegetarian oyster sauce and chili oil as the real growth opportunity, not fish sauce.

What changed

Sales grew 38% year over year. Ad spend went up and ROAS held. Now we're building their TikTok presence around Chef Kim's cooking personality, with short-form recipe videos.
